I have read other reviews where Milend is accused of bait and switch! I say just the opposite. You have a choice to decide whether you want to continue or not. I chose to continue and glad I did. Everything was great, very smooth and was approved with cash out on a VA refinance! My consultant, Migle Ribaciauskaite, was wonderful and was there for me through the entire process. She answered all my calls, texts, and emails promptly. I can’t say enough about her and Milend except THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DID!!!!!

I just wanted to take the time to express my sincere gratitude to Phillip King. His services came into my life when I was experiencing severe financial hardships due to medical situations and surgeries. From a small loan to a financial plan and large loan he and his team was awesome! But especially Phillip who was professional, understanding, so very helpful in walking me through each procedure and aiding me in gathering information needed from the proper sources.
