Milend was one of the best experiences I had with refinancing my home. Michael Foote explained Milend’s process and explained that they could move as fast or as slow as I wanted to. I wanted to move fast and whenever I was required to give information or complete doing something I did. Mike returned all my calls or emails. He really made me feel like I had a partner. I just wanted to take the time to express my sincere gratitude to Phillip King. His services came into my life when I was experiencing severe financial hardships due to medical situations and surgeries. From a small loan to a financial plan and large loan he and his team was awesome! But especially Phillip who was professional, understanding, so very helpful in walking me through each procedure and aiding me in gathering information needed from the proper sources.
