Before I met Chelsea Densmore of Milend…I had been simply turned down and banks didn’t want to work with me based on my credit score and report. Great experience. I have used MiLend and Phillip King twice now for a refinance and each time was smooth and with no stress. They kept me updated on the process the whole way and were quick to let me know if anything was needed so that it would not slow the process down at all.
