I have worked with Phillip King for the last few years, and he is the reason I am still in my home. I am a single mother and have had trouble keeping up with running a household on my own. I heard about MiLend on the radio and got in touch with Phillip. Phillip has been wonderful to work with. I don’t have to do a thing but call him and he takes care of everything. I have found him to be honest and he walks me through the entire process so that I understand what is going on. I trust that Phillip is doing the right thing for me and I really feel that he cares about me and my family.

Before I met Chelsea Densmore of Milend…I had been simply turned down and banks didn’t want to work with me based on my credit score and report. They all looked at the score and debt-to-income ratio and refused to work with us…but not Chelsea. She refused to let that stop her from working with us. She took the time and effort to discover that my debt-to-income was totally in error. Had it not been for her persistence and professionalism, we never could have refinanced our home.

Erica Stark has a way with words that made our debt consolidation easy to understand. She was always there to assure us that our financial goal was possible. Debt can be embarrassing, but she never made us feel uncomfortable. We are thankful for everyone at Milend that helped with our loan.

Great experience. I have used MiLend and Phillip King twice now for a refinance and each time was smooth and with no stress. They kept me updated on the process the whole way and were quick to let me know if anything was needed so that it would not slow the process down at all. I would honestly say that if you are looking to refinance and especially if you are taking money out for your personal use, to consider using Phillip King. I don’t think you will be disappointed.
