Out of frustration and disappointment, I experienced with another Mortgage company, I decided to call Milend.

Prior to making the call, I had received a letter from Milend inviting me to discuss refinancing options. I called and was linked to Ashley Thomas. She exhibited not only knowledge, but also a caring and kind spirit. She put me at ease, as she explained my options.

Ms. Thomas’ communication skills caring, sensitivity to the diverse needs of her clients, and her professional knowledge are her greatest assets. I offer my sincere thanks to Ms. Thomas. I am happy to have had her as my loan officer. She is an asset to Milend, Inc.

I came across MiLEND through a letter I received in the mail. I called in hopes of getting more information and was connected with Mikala Bryant. My experience with every person I interacted with was wonderful, but the amount of gratitude I have for being connected with Mikala and having her as my Loan Officer is more than I can put into words. Mikayla is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She is detailed and precise in her work, and her communication is very clear. I am extremely grateful for her work ethic and determination to go the extra mile as she took my financial history into consideration as she helped me find the best solutions for my problem.  I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with MiLEND and Mikala Bryant specifically.

Morgan Dickson was so helpful to me in refinancing my home and pulling some of the equity out… Well, Morgan was so patient with me so concerned with my financial well-being she showed professionalism through the entire transaction. I was in Dire Straits and nowhere to turn and Morgan step by step answered every question and this is what she did for me…My mom got very sick right after the refinance and because of Morgan I had the money to get her whatever she needed…

The entire process was a breeze because of his great knowledge. Best loan officer I ever worked with and to top it off, he’s a Georgia bulldawg fan as me. Way to go Eric and thanks for helping me.
