I’m so grateful that David Langub was able to restructure our home loan to eliminate a 2nd mortgage as well as our credit card debt. I can finally breathe again! This has been an amazing journey. I contacted Milend from a promotional flyer in hopes of getting approved for a $1,000 loan.  My goal at the time was to build credit with MiLend so that I could eventually get approved for a debt consolidation loan.

I explained my situation to David and he told me that he had a better option for me that I never considered.  I honestly didn’t think I could get approved for a refinance. I love the knowledge that David has about the mortgage industry and how responsive he and his team were.  I will highly recommend David to my friends and family. Thanks again for all your help!

First off I have done a new home loan and a few refinances since March of 2016 and first time Lance Mason as my Milend Loan Consultant was the best, most informative person to have on my side with his knowledge and positivity. I was definitely lucky to have him and I have not met anyone who has kept me on course and answered every question I have asked and I know there were a lot. Then my Loan Processor really was vigilant in getting all my documents I needed to the underwriters and kept this going as fast as possible. Hopefully I can keep on course and set sail to my future retirement with less baggage. I hope to continue to have the help of Lance especially because I have a valuable person in my corner with him. He deserves many accolades.

We want to thank Migle Ribaciauskaite and her team for all of their help throughout this process. From our first phone call, Migle listened to our goals and made sure we knew all of our options, even going so far as setting up a call with a reverse mortgage expert so we could ask questions and understand all of the options. She kept us in the loop, made sure the process kept moving and when presented with problems, she took the time to listen and acknowledge our concerns and found a solution that was even better than we had hoped. Migle took a process that could have been very stressful and painful and made it seamless and as stress-free as possible. We can’t tell you how grateful we are and will definitely recommend Migle and Milend!
