I have just completed a home refinance with Milend and Eric Wunderlich as my consultant. This was a most positive experience because I wanted the refinance and Eric walked me through the process and answered my questions as they came to mind.

The point being sometimes answering a question meant a text or phone call. Milend’s refinance program was printed out in an easy-to-understand format, and Eric thoroughly went over the details with me. Also, he let me know when I would be interacting with someone other than him. I have no complaints.

This is the second time I have worked with Milend. I thank Eric and Milend for working with me.

John Ware and Milend have been exceptional! John and his team were super helpful and always went the extra mile. He took in stride some bumps in the road and continued to work for me and what was best for my situation. Definitely went above and beyond when I got a check in the mail in regards to a personal loan.

He took time to work things out and explain what would be best for my situation. I was able to refinance my mortgage and get the number more manageable. I would highly recommend John and his team at Milend and will continue to work with them in the future.

I received a flyer in the mail from MiLend. I reach out to see what they could do. Mike Capell and his team answered my questions and made me feel at ease. I got a cash out refinance with Mike for 2 reasons:
1) I needed to pay my credit cards off. MiLend got me enough to do this.
2) I went specifically with Mike’s team because of how they made me feel.

Mike was there whenever I had a question and gave me an answer that made sense. He explained the details on what was going to happen.
