It was wonderful working with Milend’s team, specially with Jessica Powers. She always took my calls, even when she was laid up sick in bed at home, or at a game with her kids. A huge thumbs up to her special connection with me. I will definitely be coming back to Milend for any future needs. I’m in a subdivision that thrives on referrals and I will definitely be strongly recommending Milend to anyone who’s either refinancing or moving to this area.

Not only is she proficient, she has an aura of empathy and care for her clients that transcend just being a loan officer. This unique quality is so refreshing and uplifting when sharing all of your personal information (financial and sometimes personal). Lastly, she was consistent in her work ethic from the beginning to the end. She was so effective until I just had to reach out to those that really need to know just how pleased we are with how she handled our loan.

We so appreciate all of the awesome assistance we received from Ashley Thomas and her team. I will recommend their company to anyone and everyone I can think of. They made the process relatively simple and straight forward. We had been turned down several times before we found Ashley and it was encouraging once we started with them.
