I just want say thank you to Haley Schroer so much for all that she has done. This process has been amazing and one of the smoothest. From the start she was honest about everything. (Possible fees) She answered all my questions or concerns within minutes and if she didn’t know she replied back she would find out which is huge. she never made us feel forgotten or just a number. I worked in banking for 12 years and customer service is a big selling point for me.

I was originally working with a mortgage broker from AmeriSave. But I was not happy at all with the service I was receiving. I switched to Phillip King. He did an outstanding job. He is honest, hard-working, and responsive. At times we communicated even after regular business hours. His team was also very attentive, helpful, and quick to respond. I was very, very pleased. I would recommend Phillip without hesitation to my friends and family.

I wanted to …[say] how pleased I was with the process of refinancing our home with Jennifer Ripley and [her team]. When we started the process a little while back our credit score wasn’t where it needed to be and Jenny gave me a suggestion of how we can improve our score and try the refinancing at a later time. If the need arises I know I will reach out to Jenny and [her team] to work with them again. I do like the process of emails, texts and such to get everything accomplished. My travel schedule would have made it difficult to do things in-person.
