This was my first time using MiLend. My experience working with Jennifer Ripley was phenomenal!!! I never thought I could have such a seamless process in refinancing my home, but everything flowed along perfectly. I would like to commend Jenny and MiLend in general, for providing me a refinancing process that was second to none. I will contact Jenny for all of my future mortgage needs, and I will also recommend her if I run across anyone seeking a home mortgage. I started talking to Migle Ribaciauskaite to explore my options. I liked Migle and told her told her off the bat that I was a handful: very real, pull no punches, ask a lot of questions. She had no problem with that, and she worked her butt off on this loan. She went above and beyond the call of duty. This refinance took more time than it should have, but that just shows Migle’s commitment to getting the job done. I believe there were several meetings where she went to bat for me.

I’m aware that Migle didn’t make what she could’ve on this loan, but she gave me the best possible service EVER!! Well, she did!! I am so impressed with her dedication to client satisfaction. I honestly don’t know if I would’ve gotten this type of service anywhere else, and my experience with MiLend has been a pleasant one because of her. I would seek Migle out again for my future needs, and I would definitely refer her in the future. Thank you to Migle for my favorable experience at MiLend.

WE DID IT!!! And I couldn’t have done it without Morgan Dickson. From the very beginning, she was patient and understanding. She walked me through each step of the process and explained the details thoroughly. We had a number of challenges with the sellers that she shielded me from, and she really went to bat for me. There was a point where I was ready to walk away, but she singlehandedly brought me back to the table.

It was very clear through the whole process, that Morgan was truly invested in protecting my interests and getting me the best deal I could from all sides. I really felt like we were a team. I will highly recommend her to anyone I know who is buying a home, and I will certainly be back the next time!
