I started talking to Migle Ribaciauskaite to explore my options. I liked Migle and told her told her off the bat that I was a handful: very real, pull no punches, ask a lot of questions. She had no problem with that, and she worked her butt off on this loan. She went above and beyond the call of duty. This refinance took more time than it should have, but that just shows Migle’s commitment to getting the job done. I believe there were several meetings where she went to bat for me.
I’m aware that Migle didn’t make what she could’ve on this loan, but she gave me the best possible service EVER!! Well, she did!! I am so impressed with her dedication to client satisfaction. I honestly don’t know if I would’ve gotten this type of service anywhere else, and my experience with MiLend has been a pleasant one because of her.
