She went above and beyond to make sure that we understood the process and thoroughly kept us informed through each step. She was so detailed and prompt every time we contacted her with questions or concerns…we BOTH felt that when we had decisions to make along the way, she truly had our best interest in mind.

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Morgan Dickson. My husband and I were in a tough place attempting to refinance our mortgage with QuickenLoans. They were stalling; not answering my questions, even weeks at a time. Their website wasn’t working most of the time. Quicken Loans wouldn’t answer my questions, nor give me updates regarding our refinancing.

Out of total frustration I turned to Milend. Morgan was both exceptionally professional and personal. After being on the phone with her a matter of minutes, I felt very secure that I had made the right decision. Jenny was extremely professional and helped move the process forward the entire time. Communication was the key that made it effortless for us. We provided documentation as requested, but it was Jenny that kept me up to date on the status of the loan.

I had a phenomenal experience with MiLend, refinancing my home, and especially with Phillip King. Phillip might have one of the quickest response times of anyone I ever dealt with in business. It didn’t matter if it was day, night, or even on vacation; whenever I reached out to Phillip, he always took the time to respond to my questions. When things were out of his hands, he got me the answers I needed. I always felt he was looking out for my interests. 

Even the sale of the mortgage to Wells Fargo after closing seems to have gone pretty smoothly. I have referred Phillip to several friends and neighbors already and will continue to do so whenever the opportunity arises.
