I recently had the pleasure of working with your company on a cash-out refinance. Jennifer Ripley was BEYOND helpful! Not only was she timely and professional, but I could tell Jenny actually cared for us! Beyond answering emails, the phone interactions were pleasant and informative! I had many, many questions and issues that she handled without a hiccup. Milend truly has some great employees at this location. I will be working with them again when I’m in a position to convert to a conventional loan.

Jenny Ripley has helped me refinance twice. She has always worked well with me, giving me all the information I needed, and walking me through the process. Everyone I have dealt with there has been extremely helpful: Jennifer, Dana, Melissa, all the way to the people at the Front Desk.

What really made Milend stand out compared to my other options was Ashley’s warm welcome. It made me feel like I was dealing with family all throughout the process.

We recently closed on a home mortgage refinance with MiLend. This is our second transaction with MiLend and Jennifer Ripley, and we received an amazing customer experience.

Jenny was very professional in her dealings and communications with me and my wife. She was very responsive in answering our questions, explaining the next step in the process, and responding to our emails. The entire process from loan application to closing was under 30 days! If anyone is in the market for a new home mortgage or refinance, we recommend calling MiLend for a quote.

I just want to thank Clara Flynn!! She went above and beyond what I would have expected throughout the home-buying process. I was already nervous and didn’t have a clue what to expect or even do. But Clara helped us from day one and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Even when I felt like giving up, she kept me right on going! She was the best during all this. We could not have done it without her, and I am so glad we found her to help us. If I know of anyone looking to buy a home, she will be at the top of the list to recommend them to. After hearing Scott Slade speak so highly of the company on WSB Radio, I contacted Milend to see if it was possible to purchase the home my mother and I had been renting for the past six years. Almost immediately, Jenny Ripley responded and began helping me along with questions and answers to get the process started.

I had never tried to purchase a home before, so I was completely new to the whole ordeal. But Jenny was very kind and patient and explained everything carefully for me as we went along. It was a long and arduous process, but Jenny was more than helpful at each and every phase, and I am so appreciative of all she did to guide me through it. I am glad I listened to Scott Slade and got in touch with Milend.

It feels so wonderful to finally be a homeowner! Jenny helped make the experience as rewarding and pleasant as it could be. I will definitely contact Milend again if I ever have mortgage-related issues in the future.
