I was consistently surprised that she was always one step ahead of the next potential issue. She was available and always on. Really great work!

We recently completed a refinance with Milend, and my wife and I were very pleased with the service we received.  Apparently, there were some issues with our initial loan consultant…which did cause us to reconsider moving forward with Milend. But the follow-up conversations with Jennifer Ripley quickly eased our concerns.

Jenny was able to explain the next steps in the process and assured us that everything would work out smoothly…and she was correct. I would definitely use and refer people in my network to Milend – not just because of their reputation – but because of the dedication to their clients that we received from Jenny.

Milend processed my refinance in the most efficient way. My Loan Officer, Migle Ribaciauskaite, was outstanding. She kept me informed at every level during the processing. I experienced some difficulties meeting the requirements of the VA Appraiser, and she provided valuable assistance in resolving the issues to meet the requirements. I will highly recommend Milend Inc. to all that have mortgage needs.
