MY experience with Milend, Inc and Michael Foote’s team in particular could not have been better. I did a cash out refinance mortgage, and they were with me every step of the way. If I had questions, or didn’t understand something, they were a phone call, text, or email away and were prompt and courteous in getting back with me.
This process was a bit different for me this time, being newly divorced and feeling a bit more uncomfortable with the process, but they assured me that I could do this without any hesitation.
