MY experience with Milend, Inc and Michael Foote’s team in particular could not have been better. I did a cash out refinance mortgage, and they were with me every step of the way. If I had questions, or didn’t understand something, they were a phone call, text, or email away and were prompt and courteous in getting back with me.

This process was a bit different for me this time, being newly divorced and feeling a bit more uncomfortable with the process, but they assured me that I could do this without any hesitation. The process of taking my parents off my deed and then adding my son was not at all a huge issue like I thought it would be. It was done right along with all the other paperwork.

I’m grateful to Michael and his team for guiding me through the process and assisting me with my transition. I would not hesitate to refer them to others.

This refinance journey started back in September of 2024. I called Clara Flynn’s number from a mailing. We chatted for quite a while about what we’re looking to do and she in reply told us what the current rates are and what she can do for us.

While we weren’t quite ready to take the plunge, Clara was great about getting back to us when things started looking more favorable. Clara was easy to work with and really knows her stuff!!  We are so lucky to have had her represent us as our Mortgage Professional/Loan Officer. 

What a great representative for MiLend. I would definitely recommend her. Thank you Clara for all you have done for us in making this an easy transaction.

We had a fantastic experience with Michael Rachiele. We had to switch lenders at the last minute and Michael and his team came through with the loan in 7 days for us to be able to keep our original closing date. He was able to get us a lower rate than what we had and it allowed us to keep our monthly payment within our budget. We would not have been able to purchase our home and we are very thankful to Michael and his team. He was very knowledgeable and available to us to answer any questions and to be able to help assist us on such short notice. Highly recommend him and your company for anyone looking to get a mortgage.

I have just completed a home refinance with Milend and Eric Wunderlich as my consultant. This was a most positive experience because I wanted the refinance and Eric walked me through the process and answered my questions as they came to mind.

The point being sometimes answering a question meant a text or phone call. Milend’s refinance program was printed out in an easy-to-understand format, and Eric thoroughly went over the details with me. Also, he let me know when I would be interacting with someone other than him. I have no complaints.

This is the second time I have worked with Milend. I thank Eric and Milend for working with me.
