We had a fantastic experience with Michael Rachiele. We had to switch lenders at the last minute and Michael and his team came through with the loan in 7 days for us to be able to keep our original closing date. He was able to get us a lower rate than what we had and it allowed us to keep our monthly payment within our budget. We would not have been able to purchase our home and we are very thankful to Michael and his team. He was very knowledgeable and available to us to answer any questions and to be able to help assist us on such short notice. Highly recommend him and your company for anyone looking to get a mortgage.

Could not have asked for a better experience than I have had with financing our house purchase through Milend! From the very beginning, Eric Wunderlich, our mortgage consultant made the entire process very smooth. This was our first time purchasing a property without using a broker and Eric was extremely knowledgeable and available for any questions that we had.

He kept us on schedule regarding all of the financial information required for underwriting and even assisted with our search for homeowners insurance. He took so much off of our plate and made the entire process so seamless.

We also had a wonderful rapport. He understood that we have very busy lives as a family of 4 with two full-time working parents and worked after hours ensuring that no stone was left unturned. He honestly made us feel like family. I have never had an experience like this with any other lenders and will only use Milend for financing and refinancing from now on.

There was a minor glitch on the seller’s side, so Scott and his team spent their Friday night making sure we got in our new home by Saturday! I cannot say enough good things!!!
