I just want to thank Clara Flynn!! She went above and beyond what I would have expected throughout the home-buying process. I was already nervous and didn’t have a clue what to expect or even do. But Clara helped us from day one and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Even when I felt like giving up, she kept me right on going! She was the best during all this. We could not have done it without her, and I am so glad we found her to help us. If I know of anyone looking to buy a home, she will be at the top of the list to recommend them to. She has made us very happy!

After hearing Scott Slade speak so highly of the company on WSB Radio, I contacted Milend to see if it was possible to purchase the home my mother and I had been renting for the past six years. Almost immediately, Jenny Ripley responded and began helping me along with questions and answers to get the process started.
I had never tried to purchase a home before, so I was completely new to the whole ordeal. But Jenny was very kind and patient and explained everything carefully for me as we went along. It was a long and arduous process, but Jenny was more than helpful at each and every phase, and I am so appreciative of all she did to guide me through it. I am glad I listened to Scott Slade and got in touch with Milend.

My experience with Ashley Thomas and her team was absolutely outstanding. I was very apprehensive about the home purchasing process and all the unknowns as a first-time buyer. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they made the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend Ashley and her team to absolutely anyone looking to finance their home purchase. When I am ready to refinance my home or looking to purchase my next home, my first call will be to Ashley Thomas and Milend.
My husband and I wanted to let you know about our home buying experience working with Phillip King and associates at Milend. A couple of years ago we had a house fire at our primary residence. Unfortunately, we had to relocate to a rental property while the insurance company was working with contractors to rebuild our house. During the time the house was being rebuilt, we had another baby while we were at the rental. With 4 kids now living at home, we decided to purchase a home larger than the home being rebuilt to accommodate our family.
We were referred to Phillip King to look at getting us pre-approved to purchase a new, larger home. Once we connected with Phillip, we were very impressed with his knowledge about multiple loan scenarios. He showed us a few different ways to purchase the home of our dreams. One of those options, since we were looking for a larger home, was a Jumbo loan for financing and then doing a 1st and 2nd with only 10% down. We had talked to a few banks before talking with Phillip. None of them had shown us the different ways that we could avoid PMI, or doing a Jumbo loan vs doing a 1st and a 2nd mortgage. We were very impressed with the different options he showed us that we could be qualified for.
Once we started working with Phillip, he also let us know the difference between being pre-qualified vs being pre-approved. It was my understanding this was a big deal, as my husband is self-employed and the owner of our business. It was very important that we get pre-approved vs pre-qualified where other banks had only mentioned getting pre-qualified. We were very thankful to have been able to work with Milend and Phillip.
Through the process of buying the home, Phillip was always there to answer any questions we had and managed to get us approved very fast. With all the hoops that borrowers have to jump through to get approved in today’s lending environment, Phillip definitely exceeded our expectations with his step-by-step process. We have told many of our friends and family about Milend and Phillip.
