I reached out to Libby Forrester several months back after I received a letter advertisement for Milend. She was kind to listen to our situation, review our credit scores and history. At that time, Libby said we were not ready to apply for a refinance due to some credit issues but she took the time to explain our situation and give us a solution to work on our credit situation to be able to qualify in the future. I was impressed by this gesture as my past experience has been brokers telling us our credit is a certain score and that they could not help us… never offering a solution.
My husband and I applied ourselves and worked on the plan that Libby facilitated us, and I reached back to Libby when we felt ready. Her plan worked and we signed our refinance this past Friday, I cannot express enough the appreciation we have for her…Coming from a real estate background, and knowing my past experiences I will say our refinance has been an amazing experience! It almost feels like an oxymoron describing a real estate transaction as “Pleasant”, but they truly made it feel effortless and it was a joy working with them…
