I am so happy I found Milend or actually it found me. I received a check in the mail asking if I want to borrow money. I listen to WSB radio faithfully and had been wanting to call Milend because of the advertising spokesman Scott Slade.
When I received the check I called to see if it was real, Clara Flynn answered my call and explained how the check worked and that it was a real check if I needed the money. So as I was talking to Clara I asked if Milend also does refinancing. She said yes, how can I help. I told her I have been wanting to refinance my home because I was in a terrible mortgage with Bank of America and I wanted to get out of it. Clara was so kind and understanding about my situation, she said let me see if I can help.
She asked me questions to see if I had any chance of qualifying. When I told her how bad my mortgage was she immediately said we (Milend) are going to see what we can do to get you out of that mortgage. As the days went by and Clara was working on my file, I was feeling confident that if anybody could help me it would be Clara and Milend. Clara is the most proficient person I have seen in a long long time.
When she said she will call back and keep me informed on how things were going she did it! Nobody does that in this day and age. She has an excellent work ethic, she is like me, if you say you are going to do it, then you do it! Clara is class, professional, and trust worthy! I cannot say enough of how pleased I am on how Clara handled my situation…I will always be grateful to her for her hard work and to Milend for trusting in me to refinance my home, thank you.
