This was my first time buying a house and Jessica Powers and Haley Schroer made the experience as easy as buying a house could be. I wanted to provide some feedback on my lending experience with Milend and Clara Flynn. First and foremost it was an absolute joy to work with Clara while going through this process. She did a fantastic job of walking me through each step, answering all of my questions, and reassuring me from beginning to end.
I must admit that I was quite skeptical when I received the live check in the mail from Milend. I was only originally calling to get a small loan in order to pay for my college course when Clara explained how your company could help me save money monthly on my mortgage and other bills. I had tried to get a refi done with my original lender a while ago and they didn’t seem half as concerned or interested with trying to help me or provide me with options.
After researching Milend and looking at the reviews I felt at peace with my decision to work with them to help put my family and finances in a better position. It is not every day that you run across people like Clara who really care about your well-being and has a willingness to help you. I will be forever grateful that my one initial call with Clara and Milend has changed my family’s trajectory.

Working with MiLend and Migle Ribaciauskaite, my loan consultant, was a very positive experience. Migle did a wonderful job guiding me through the refinance process. When I first called MiLend, the person I spoke with took my information and told me Migle, a loan consultant, would return my call. When she called me back, Migle had taken the time to review my financial situation and outlined a viable mortgage refinance approach.
I was quite surprised and impressed that she had taken the time to create a refinancing approach for me ahead of calling me back and that, without any commitment on my part. It was an excellent approach and one that we fully developed.
Working with Migle was very easy. She is quite knowledgeable, has a very positive attitude, and makes sure that as the client, I was always kept fully informed as to the status of my mortgage refinance. Even when I wasn’t sure about some aspect of the process she responded quickly to my calls or emails. She was able to answer my questions about the refinance process in a way I could understand.
I cannot over-emphasize how positive my experience with MiLend and Migle has been. If you are considering a refinance, loan, or mortgage I cannot recommend Migle and MiLend high enough.
