We just wanted to thank Nora Gonzalez for a wonderful experience. As you know buying a house can have its twists and turns. My husband and I were discussing our last home purchase and what a nightmare it was. She was there right alongside of us this time. She made us feel as if we were her only client and we appreciate it. We have never purchased a home for sale by owner. Nora made us feel comfortable and explained the entire process. We have passed along her info to several of our friends. Our tenant is in and we are happy to be landlords. We will be looking for a new home for ourselves and will be giving Nora a call.

Thank you to Libby Forrester for all she did to get us out of the PMI and use our home equity towards paying off some high credit bills. She did a great job keeping us in the loop throughout the whole process. She also turned everything around quick and we closed in 30 days from our initial conversation. Harold and I were very pleased with the service we received from Morgan Dickson regarding our home refinance. This was probably the easiest mortgage loan we have ever done. Within just a few hours of initially speaking, Morgan sent us all of our options and explained what would be required. She stayed on top of all the paperwork that needed to be submitted – which made it possible to close in less than 5 weeks.

We appreciate the time and effort Morgan put into our file and will most definitely contact her when we are ready to purchase another property.

I have used MiLend before and worked with Phillip…..he’s wonderful to work with. I had started the refinance process with someone else and it was a F’d up mess. I called Phillip and he came through again. Why the heck was I messing with another company 😳. Thanks again for helping out on this refi….I’ll be back for a lower rate when appropriate.
