Harold and I were very pleased with the service we received from Morgan Dickson regarding our home refinance. This was probably the easiest mortgage loan we have ever done. Within just a few hours of initially speaking, Morgan sent us all of our options and explained what would be required. She stayed on top of all the paperwork that needed to be submitted – which made it possible to close in less than 5 weeks.

We appreciate the time and effort Morgan put into our file and will most definitely contact her when we are ready to purchase another property.

I would like to take a moment to thank Phillip King for doing such an amazing job on my loan. I have used MiLend before and worked with Phillip…..he’s wonderful to work with. I had started the refinance process with someone else and it was a F’d up mess. I called Phillip and he came through again. Why the heck was I messing with another company 😳. Thanks again for helping out on this refi….I’ll be back for a lower rate when appropriate.

Working with Haley Schroer was great! She was always SUPER friendly and positive along the way, which is lacking in professionals these days! This process was very simple, with the online portal that can be accessed with a smart phone – having your cell phone send documents helped a lot in the beginning! My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Eric Wunderlich while purchasing our house. The anxiety that exists when buying a home (our first) is a lot. Add in the fact that my wife and I just had our first child and things got really stressful! Luckily my loan officer was a source of stability for us as all the moving pieces whirled around us.

Eric is an expert communicator. He kept us informed during every step of the house buying process. He put himself in our shoes; molding our unique needs into a loan that would keep us financially comfortable. If we had to choose a loan officer all over again, we would pick Eric 100x over. You can count on him being super professional, kind, and an overall great guy.

Libby Forrester made this process incredibly easy and seamless for us. She made us feel comfortable with our decisions and went above and beyond to assist us with absolutely everything! Libby is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and very easy to talk to. She was also extremely responsive to our emails and phone calls, so we never had to wait too long for an answer or clarification.
