Libby Forrester with Milend made this the easiest refinance that my husband and I have done. Everything I do in the future (buying another home, etc.) will start with a phone call to Libby! Quick, easy, sufficient. She knew we wanted to refinance and also had a vacation coming up. She did everything in her power to have everything ready to go the day before we left on our trip to Maui, HI. Due to the new holiday…Juneteenth, we couldn’t count that as a business day. Long story short…we flew to Maui and she had someone meet us at the airport to sign the paperwork (under 30 min) and we were on our way! Amazing lady, amazing customer service! I know I am in good hands.
