Solicitations received usually go in the trash. However for some reason I chose to open this particular one and it was from MILEND. We were wanting to refinance before rates started to go up. After sitting on the flyer for a bit I reached out to MILEND and got the PRIViLEGE of speaking with Libby Forrester. AMAZING!!!!! Top notch, professional, available to answer questions via phone or text. You need to do your due diligence which I did and was impressed with what I read. Libby confirmed the excellence. I had the privilege of working with Clara Flynn [on my home refinance]. She was WONDERFUL! She was very thorough, respectful, caring & followed up with me on everything. She used phone calls, text messages and emails to keep us up to date on refinancing my home and removing his [my ex husband’s] name from my home via the Quit Claim Deed process.
This included her contacting me after hours and on weekendsif I had questions. I definitely did NOT expect that. She explained the Home Refinance, Quit Claim Deed and Closing Process to me multiple times so that there were no surprises on my behalf. I stayed well-informed on everything so that I always knew the next steps in the process…I now have a lower interest rate for my mortgage! (From 5.25% to 4.1%), I received a Very Nice home Equity Refund (approximately $48,000), I no longer have to pay my home property taxes separately every October, I no longer have to pay my home owners insurance separately!
I highly recommend anyone to work with Clara for the home refinance process. I could not have asked for a better loan consultant who made this process Very Pleasant!

My wife and I originally reached out to Libby Forrester for assistance with a loan after many months trying to refinance with our previous lender and not getting return phone calls and ultimately being denied due to reasons that didn’t seem to make logical sense. In the end, it turned out to be an incredibly arduous process that only caused frustration with a negative result. Anyhow, my wife knew Libby through mutual acquaintances and we gave the refinance one more shot. She was extremely kind, immediately addressed any issues/concerns, and worked through what was needed in order to get it taken care of.
I was impressed with how quickly she was able to get everything processed and how she stayed in communication with us as we worked through the application and submissions of information. Furthermore, I thought the tedious job of signing all the paperwork was much more pleasurable with Libby and her team. Everyone we had contact with at MiLEND was polite, helpful, and enjoyable to speak with. Large financial undertakings are inherently stressful, but the team at MiLEND made it a little less so through their great attitudes and service oriented responses.
