I never would have thought I would need to refinance my house in order to get out of debt. Morgan Dickson at MiLend helped me with this process, even though it took a little longer than I wanted since I was in Forbearance. Morgan stuck with it while reaching out to me when checking up with that. Working with her has made my first, and hopefully my last, refi a smooth and fun experience. She cares about what you need, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information requited to make the right decision in refinancing. Morgan comes highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have her as their Loan Consultant.

Thank YOU to Libby Forrester for all she did for us during our refinancing. It was a seamless process from beginning to end and took much less time than we expected it to. Libby made herself available, at all times during the day and even night, to answer our questions and walk us through the portal and necessary paperwork. We really appreciated how she explained the entire process to us and when to expect correspondence from other parts of the Milend team.

Overall, we are very happy with our experience and are now enjoying the benefits of a reduced mortgage payment each month. Thanks again and we will reach out for any future mortgage related needs.
