Jenny responded to any questions I had very quickly with answers that didn’t just leave me with more questions! Thank you to Libby Forrester for her help with our refinance. From the very beginning of this process, she has been helpful and honest. Libby met all the timelines we were given and, aside from changing escrow numbers, everything went smoothly. The closing was easy and convenient, and I liked that they would come to the house if necessary for that part of the process. In the end, everything came together and worked out well. If folks ask me where to call about mortgages, I would be happy to recommend Milend and Libby to them.

Working with Eric Wunderlich made our mortgage process fantastic. This being my third time going through the financing/loan process, Eric made sure everything was smooth and very timely. He worked seamlessly with our realtor and kept open communication with all parties. We were able to go from pre-approval to closing in less than a month – which was critical due to the seller’s needs.
