I had a phenomenal experience with MiLend, refinancing my home, and especially with Phillip King. Phillip might have one of the quickest response times of anyone I ever dealt with in business. It didn’t matter if it was day, night, or even on vacation; whenever I reached out to Phillip, he always took the time to respond to my questions. When things were out of his hands, he got me the answers I needed. I always felt he was looking out for my interests. 

Even the sale of the mortgage to Wells Fargo after closing seems to have gone pretty smoothly. I have referred Phillip to several friends and neighbors already and will continue to do so whenever the opportunity arises.

When I reached out to Clara Flynn a few months ago ( just to see whether buying a home was within the realm of possibility ) she was just as excited as I was to find out that it could happen! My wife and I were first time home buyers and Nate was so patient with us. He took all of our phone calls (and there were many) even after hours. We had a rough time in the bidding process and put in four offers before finally getting our home. Each time, Nate was right there with a pre-approval letter in no time. Even on the weekends.

We did not quite understand some of the fees and rates associated with our mortgage, and Nate was able to break everything down to a very basic level so we could get our heads around it all. We also used my VA loan, which has very specific requirements. Nate was on it–he knew all the ins and outs of the VA loan process and helped us get the best rate possible.

If I could give MiLend more than 5 stars I would, and it’s all because of Nate Blase. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home. You won’t be disappointed!

I just wanted to take a minute to thank Alan and Scott for doing such a Great Job putting my VA loan together and getting it approved. Unfortunately, my wife passed away a few months ago after 53 years of marriage. She had one major fault in that she was a giver. After her passing, I became aware of the significant credit card debt she had accumulated. I was very concerned about how to resolve the problem.

Being an Army Vet from the Vietnam Era, I turned to MiLend to see if they could help me out. Fortunately, Alan and Scott came to my rescue and were able to get my existing VA loan rolled into a VA cash-out loan at a lower rate and a very small payment increase! I can’t say enough good things about them and can’t recommend them highly enough!!

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate Clara Flynn. I have refinanced several times in the past and had never had anyone go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied with my loan process before. Clara always kept me updated, and that is truly remarkable. In the past, I have always had to initiate contact with my loan processors myself. I will always refer people to her in the future, and I hope she stays with Milend so I can request her in the future.
