Jenny Ripley and the rest of the Milend team did such a phenomenal job helping us get our mother’s house out of a reverse mortgage. They delivered on everything they promised us, and we weren’t always easy to deal with. They have the nicest and the best attitude of anyone we’ve dealt with in a very long time.

Two years ago I was given Clara Flynn’s contact info to help with credit rehabilitation and buying a home. When I first reached out to her for advice, I didn’t know anything about the home purchase process. I was an early thirties adult who never exercised responsible spending habits, timely bill paying, or saving for the next big step in life. I was military-focused and always figured that part would take care of itself.
I came to Clara about 60k in debt with a median credit score that looked more like a tournament-winning round of golf then a financial benchmark. We immediately connected over the phone. As a result of her efforts and continued support, my 16-week pregnant wife and 3-year-old son now have the opportunity to remodel our dream home. We are expanding from 1,800 square feet to 3,000. We are literally being given room to grow — and at a fairly decent interest rate.

After hearing Scott Slade speak so highly of the company on WSB Radio, I contacted Milend to see if it was possible to purchase the home my mother and I had been renting for the past six years.
