From the first phone call to signing the last document, the whole process of refinancing and closing with Jenny Ripley couldn’t have been easier. Jenny was extremely professional and helped move the process forward the entire time. Communication was the key that made it effortless for us. We provided documentation as requested, but it was Jenny that kept me up to date on the status of the loan.

If I had any questions or concerns, she never treated them as a nuisance and always responded promptly to me. Milend should be proud to have this woman as their representative. Again, we were very satisfied and pleased to have dealt with such wonderful people from Milend.

I had a phenomenal experience with MiLend, refinancing my home, and especially with Phillip King. Phillip might have one of the quickest response times of anyone I ever dealt with in business. It didn’t matter if it was day, night, or even on vacation; whenever I reached out to Phillip, he always took the time to respond to my questions. When things were out of his hands, he got me the answers I needed. I always felt he was looking out for my interests. 

Even the sale of the mortgage to Wells Fargo after closing seems to have gone pretty smoothly. I have referred Phillip to several friends and neighbors already and will continue to do so whenever the opportunity arises.

I have refinanced several times in the past and had never had anyone go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied with my loan process before. Clara always kept me updated, and that is truly remarkable. In the past, I have always had to initiate contact with my loan processors myself. I was very pleased with the whole transaction of my cash-out refinance with Milend. Ashley Thomas was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. It was nice to have the closing at my home, although I wish the attorney had explained where to send my payments if I hadn’t received mortgage payment books in the mail. I’m sure they are on the way. I will recommend Milend to my friends and family, and I will use them in the future when I am ready to do another refinance.
