Jennifer Ripley and her team were more than amazing! I am self-employed, a single mother, and a third-year immigrant to the United States. All those things, make me someone who most loan officers wouldn’t spend the time to even try to prequalify for a home loan. I speak from experience, and other lenders told me at first glance that I couldn’t qualify for the amount I needed to be able to purchase what I was looking for in a home.
Jenny was so encouraging and literally “held my hand” through the entire process. She stopped at nothing to ensure I got the best rate with the least amount out of pocket. Her team was just as supportive, answering all my “silly ” first-time homebuyer’s questions. They were so patient, even when scanned documents didn’t come out clearly.
