Outstanding effort by Libby Forrester’s team. They kept me fully informed during the entire process. All emails were answered within a few moments of me hitting the sent key. (Never had this type of rapid responses!!!! It is the Gold Standard!!!) They walked a non techie through all the stages of processing the loan on line. Nothing but praise from me.
