My overall experience was excellent. From start to finish I was completely informed every step of the way of the status of my loan request. My loan officer – Lance Mason – always kept me informed each stage of my loan as it processed. I feel that my loan was paid special attention to, as there were unique situations evolving around it and was grateful for the time that was spent on it.
