As a business owners do, I wanted to take the time to speak of Daniel Gueguen’s handling of the mortgage procedure. I’ve had my share of mortgages and know how difficult it can be, but I want to say Daniel went ABOVE AND BEYOND. For the entire length of time it took, he was professional, knowledgeable and caring. While the last attribute doesn’t change his performance from a company standpoint, it makes a HUGE difference when a customer is struggling to dot the “i’s” and cross the “t’s”. He understood the mission and proved himself from the very first introduction right up to the day of closing.
I know many people are quick to give offer their dissatisfaction with a company and few are happy to show it so this is the reason for my letter. Daniel did everything possible to ensure I was taken care of and I cannot express my satisfaction for his empathy, knowledge and professionalism. At one point, I was actually approved for the loan after Daniel went through all the steps to get me approved and I threw a wrench in it by deciding to go with a different company. When that failed and I had to eat crow and come back to Daniel, NEVER ONCE did I receive anything but positive encouragement and attitude.
MiLend will continue to be successful if everything was handled the way Daniel Gueguen has done. I appreciate it more than words can say and realized that there are people that truly care for the work they do.
