I wish to take this opportunity to express my sincerest thanks and appreciation to Jennifer Ripley for her outstanding service, yet again. She is superb to work with and very proactive in negotiating matters to make it a smooth experience for me as a customer. Jenny is bright, energetic, responsive, knowledgeable, and above all, an honest individual. She is a wonderful person and I will most certainly continue to work with her moving forward.
