I would like to share a brief note on my experience with my Refinance with Milend. I know in times past that its always a big ordeal trying to
get all the paperwork and documents that I need to provide together .. But with Milend, I was only asked for very few of the most important documents,
I was always emailed with specific instructions on what I needed to send , the Esign’s were so simple and on the ones that I needed to fax back, they came
with a fax cover sheet that was ready for me to just fax over along with the documents, I have to say that this whole process was very organized and well structured,
and completed in a very timely manner. I was always well informed about everything that was happening, and the Closing was completed at my home, the rates were better than I expected and my Payment was in the exact range that I had hoped for. I would definitely recommend Angel Watkins and the MIlend team to my Friends, Family and anyone that is in need of the services that Milend provides.
