Crystal contacted me out of the blue. I guess you can call it a “warm” call not a cold call, since, I had tried to work with a Milend loan Officer named Chris Dunn a year or two ago,
That experience did not go well. No deal was ever made.
. However, Crystal made it happen!
She made my refi-cash out happen and it was done smoothly…with very few bumps along the way.
There were no second or third requests for documentation, which really impressed me. The way she handled the loan process, showed me that she was on the ball.
