The entire experience from beginning to end working with Mikala Bryant was seamless and stress free. She answered all questions (in which we had many) and always in a very pleasant manner. If we called and she was not available at that time, she always returned our phone calls. In customer service they teach you that you that the customer should see the smile even if it is over the telephone and I could indeed see and feel her smile in every conversation.
Mikala is very knowledgeable in her field and with that it keeps your file flowing very efficiently through the pipeline. I have never worked with a company doing a transaction like this before completely online so Milend I must give you your kudos, everything that you have in place is working very well and I have no complaints whatsoever. A little more than a month ago my wife and I began the process of exploring refinancing our mortgage. We made contact with Milend and worked with your loan officer, Michael Rachiele. From our first interaction with Michael, he was most helpful on every level. We appreciated his thoroughness and clarity with information we needed to work through every step of the loan application, and he was always very responsive to any questions we had. As the application moved forward to the underwriters Michael kept us informed and was always so positive with his assessment of the status of our application.
