I want to thank you Erica Stark, Carmen, and the whole Milend Team for the work they did for me. From day one speaking with Erica, she helped to ease my angst. She provided me with options that worked in my financial interest and all were affordable.

I never once felt overwhelmed, she and the team were lock-step providing guidance along the way, even when we had a couple of bottlenecks.

Thank you for all the follow ups, the easy closing, and best of all, relieving the pressure from my shoulders. My credit cards are paid off! My car is paid off! I can fix up my kitchen and garage! I get all those things and still SAVE money!!! Thank you, Erica, it is truly appreciated.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say a very big THANK YOU!!!!! Morgan Dickson made this process much easier and smooth than it normally had to be. The communication skills, the ability to follow up with me as needed as well as providing frequent updates as to where she was along the process or what she needed from me was second to none. I appreciate her willingness to listen to my needs and to do whatever she could for me even though my credit was not the best score ever.

My overall experience with Morgan as my loan officer would be an A+. Not only was she very organized, driven and client-focused, she delivered client service in a very courteous and professional manner that I truly appreciated.
