I worked with Erica Stark and her amazing team for a refinance that paid off my car, credit card loans, and had enough to do some well-needed home renovations. I did all that and my mortgage payment was still manageable. The Milend Team worked with me every step of the way. Not once did I feel overwhelmed or anxious. I never once felt overwhelmed, she and the team were lock-step providing guidance along the way, even when we had a couple of bottlenecks.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say a very big THANK YOU!!!!! Morgan Dickson made this process much easier and smooth than it normally had to be. The communication skills, the ability to follow up with me as needed as well as providing frequent updates as to where she was along the process or what she needed from me was second to none. I appreciate her willingness to listen to my needs and to do whatever she could for me even though my credit was not the best score ever.

My overall experience with Morgan as my loan officer would be an A+. Not only was she very organized, driven and client-focused, she delivered client service in a very courteous and professional manner that I truly appreciated.
