Daniel Barnes was my Loan Officer. His professionalism was AMAZING! I began this refinance process 2 weeks ago and I would have never imagined that this process would be this easy. I am beyond speechless.

I refinanced using a VA Loan. I served for 25 years and this was my first time using my VA Loan. I had heard the process takes a long time. Not the case with me. Two weeks from the day I spoke with Daniel until today. I am closing in less than 2 hours from now.

Daniel and his team are the best hands down. They were very prompt with their responses and always courteous. Thank you so much for making this a seamless process.

I would like to thank Milend, Inc. for helping me resolve my financing needs. My loan was completed in less than 30 days. The Mortgage Consultant that assisted me was David Langub. He is the best, very knowledgeable, professional, informative, and friendly.

Mr. Langub stuck with me by calling and keeping me up to date on the processing of my loan.  Mr. Langub and I would talk just about everyday through to my closing date. I know if I need assistance again Mr. Langub will be there for me.

This was a great experience with Milend and our mortgage originator Clara Flynn. Very professional and quick closing. They helped us at a time we needed it most after going through knee replacement surgery and not having my part time job for three months.
