Myself and my husband’s experience has been excellent+++++ above and beyond with our Mortgage Consultant Lance Mason. I received a $1,000.00 check in the mail and originally called to get an authorization code for a loan with this check. Mr. Mason was kind enough to help and discuss other options such as the equity cash-out refinance and as my husband is a veteran we would be able to do the VA guaranteed with zero money down.
He was also the only Mortgage Consultant that ever gave us the information on the VA IRRL program which is an interest rate reduction loan after 6 months as long as we pay on time and don’t take on new debt. We both had never heard of this program before talking to Mr. Mason.
Mr. Mason has been great to work with, so helpful and was very thorough with explaining everything. He always got right back to us via email or phone if we had any questions…We both highly recommend Milend Inc. and our Mortgage Consultant, Lance Mason to anyone looking for a mortgage loan or cash-out refinance.

I never got a chance to thank Haley Schroer for all her work. This refinance has taken so much pressure off of me. Who would have thought that just responding to a $1,000 loan offer would lead to this. I am so thankful for Haley’s guidance, thoroughness, and efficiency. My credit score has already come up and it will come up even more. Plus, I have two $15,000 loans that are paid in full. Looking forward to a refinance once interest rates come down. This will make my situation even better.

My experience with Michael Racheele was an enjoyable one… They went above and beyond to help me get what I needed from the lenders that I owed. I am happy to have paid off a great amount of my debt and to be able to keep more of my income coming in versus going out. My interest rate is high but I understand it is because of my own credit score and home value. This refinance with cash out option has & will be beneficial to me long term. Haley Schroer and Jessica Powers at MiLend were great from start to finish. They looked at everything and offered solutions.
