The reason that I chose Milend a second time is because I know that there are people that I can depend on, people that will go above and beyond for you, People that can make it happen and put in the extra work no matter the time of day to get to the goal. Jessica Powers was amazing the first time I went through the buying process as well as the second time.

She is definitely someone that I can refer to family, friends, and anyone that is looking for services that she provides and not worry about losing my credibility. A big thank you to Jessica’s team as well, without the support of her team, things could not have gotten done as fast as it did. Communication was seamless and the team made everything quick and easy.

We were doing a refinance with our previous Mortgage Co, however, they wanted to put it in Errick’s name only since he had the highest credit score. We always had both names on our mortgage, and would never change it to one person.

So we called Milend and talked to Jennifer Ripley. Her knowledge of refinancing really outweighed the other guy, and we are really glad we called Milend. Jenny and her team really took care of business. If they requested additional info, we supplied it and went to the next step. It’s nice to work with professionals that have the knowledge that these two have.

Thank you to Ashley Thomas and her entire team for all of the assistance they provided in getting me through the refinance process. It was a seamless process, handled with care and professionalism. Anytime I reached out with a question, I got an immediate response. If I sent something in that need more clarification, I got a message asking me to provide more information. It was a team effort.

I will say, before deciding to use MILEND, I did have another organization try to assist me. They were highly, highly recommended by a friend and neighbor. I truly wish that I had not wasted my time with this other organization because, in the time I was involved with them, weeks passed and interest rates started to rise. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with the result. I will definitely recommend Ashley and Milend to anyone I know interested in buying or refinancing a home.
